Restricted Stock Grants definition

Restricted Stock Grants means both Annual Restricted Stock Grants and Mid-Year Restricted Stock Grants.
Restricted Stock Grants means a Grant of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units or Performance-Based Restricted Stock.
Restricted Stock Grants means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Restricted Stock Grant, the D-Velopment Restricted Stock Grant, the JVK Restricted Stock Grant, the TFT Restricted Stock Grant and the Employee Restricted Stock Grants.

  • The common stock issued as Restricted Stock Grants will have voting and dividend rights.

  • Restrictive Stock Grants will be made annually at the same time other Restricted Stock Grants are made by Anaren to its senior management team, provided Employee is employed with Employer on that date.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Grants

Restricted Stock Grants means the Brooks Restricted Stock Grant, the D-Velopment Restricted Stock Grant, the JVK Restricted Stock Grant, the TFT Restricted Stock Grant and the Employee Restricted Stock Grants.
Restricted Stock Grants means Gift Shares that vest over a period of time (as opposed to immediately) and until such Vesting occurs are deemed to be Unvested and subject to a Risk of Forfeiture. Any special election under Section 83b shall be at the sole election of the Participant and the Company shall not be responsible for its proper election or timeliness.
Restricted Stock Grants. (as defined in Section 6 below) or SARs (as defined in Section 7 below) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grants"). All Grants shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and to such other terms and conditions of any nature as long as they are not inconsistent with the Plan as the Committee deems appropriate and specifies in writing to the participant (the "Grant Letter"). Restricted Stock Grants. Each Restricted Stock Grant shall vest in five equal annual installments on January 1 each year beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date, subject to (i) Consultant’s continued provision of Consulting Services during the Term pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) Consultant’s compliance with restrictive covenants set forth in the Employment Agreement, the Separation Agreement and Section 7 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vesting of each Restricted Stock Grant will accelerate and become vested upon (i) the termination of this Agreement due to Consultant’s death or Disability (as such term is defined in the LHC Group, Inc. 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan) or (ii) upon the termination of this Agreement by the Company within twenty-four (24) months of a Change of Control (as such term is defined in the LHC Group, Inc. 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan).
