Restrictive Covenants Agreement definition

Restrictive Covenants Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Restrictive Covenants Agreement means the Employee Non-Disclosure, Assignment, and Non-Solicitation Agreement or similar agreement entered into between the Covered Executive and the Company.

• Executive expressly agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and exclusive venue of courts located in the State of Delaware in connection with any litigation which may be brought with respect to a dispute between the Company and Executive in relation to this Restrictive Covenants Agreement, regardless of where Executive resides or where Executive performs services for the Company.
