Restrictive Covenants Agreement definition

Restrictive Covenants Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Restrictive Covenants Agreement means the Employee Non-Disclosure, Assignment, and Non-Solicitation Agreement or similar agreement entered into between the Covered Executive and the Company.
