Competitive Retailer shall be responsible for informing its Retail Customers how to report interruptions, irregularities, outages, and how to report service requests.
This Chapter governs the terms of access and conditions of the provision of Delivery Service by Company to Retail Customers, whether the Retail Customer has entered into a Service Agreement or not.
