Retail Distribution definition

Retail Distribution means and include sales or other activities performed with or in the following channels: (a) traditional consumer electronics retailers, (b) direct mail/catolog retailers (e.g. Xxxxxxxxxxx, Sharper Image, llammacher-Xxxxxxxxx, and other such mass merchants selling directly to end-users through direct marketing communications), (c) direct marketing activities, (d) military retail dealers, (e) office supply and other specialty dealers (e.g., office/computer supply, beeper stores), and (f) premium/inceptive companies. For purposes of this definition, the term "direct marketing activities" means any activities conducted by, or in conjunction with, retailers, including, for example, using outside sales forces or placing advertisements or promotional materials in catalogs of retail-oriented companies. The term "direct marketing activities" does not, however, include the placement of advertisements in media (other than (a) through (f) above) directly and solely by Reseller.
Retail Distribution means distribution of Products directly to customers of Universal Music Group members at addresses within the Territory.
Retail Distribution means the sale, lease, rental, exchange or other means of dispersal of film to members of the public, other than retail distributors, wholesale distributors or exhibitors;

  • Qualified Reservist Distribution means a distribution (i) from an IRA or elective deferrals under a section 401(k) or 403(b) plan, or a similar arrangement, (ii) to an individual ordered or called to active duty after September 11, 2001 (because he or she is a member of a reserve component) for a period of more than 179 days or for an indefinite period, and (iii) made during the period beginning on the date of the order or call and ending at the close of the active duty period.

  • Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
