Retail Pharmacy Industry means the business of owning or operating establishments or operations where prescriptions are filled for consumers, including without limitation, pharmacies, general merchandise stores, hospitals, long-term care facilities, mail order and specialty operations and future locations where prescription fulfillment and drug sales to consumers occur.
