Retail Receivable definition

Retail Receivable means any indebtedness and other obligations of any Obligor, whether constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible, representing part or all of the sales price of the non-wholesale sale of goods and/or the rendering of services by any Originator to such Obligor, and includes the obligation of the Obligor thereon to pay any finance charges, fees and other charges with respect thereto, including, without limitation, with respect to any Unbilled Receivables, 100% of the amount to be or thereafter invoiced to the Obligor.

Retail Receivable means a Receivable arising under a revolving credit agreement/credit sale agreement.

Accounts receivable arising from any one transaction, including, without limitation, accounts receivable represented by a single invoice, shall constitute a Receivable separate from a Receivable consisting of the accounts arising from any other transaction; provided, further, that any account receivable referred to in the immediately preceding sentence shall be a Receivable regardless of whether the Obligor or Ferrellgas treats such obligation as a separate payment obligation.

  • Eligible Receivable means, at any time, a Receivable:
