Retail Shares definition

Retail Shares means shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share that have been designated retail shares.
Retail Shares means the Company’s ordinary shares or common shares issued to the Purchaser in the Equity Financing Round n°1. These are unrestricted registered shares which carry voting rights and entitlement to dividends and for which there are no transfer restrictions.
Retail Shares means the entire issued share capital of each of the Retail Companies other than (Bede Retail Investment Limited) and Bede Retail Investment Limited;

  • No Platform Fee will be paid in connection with DRP Shares or Retail Shares.
