Retailer Data definition

Retailer Data means any content and information provided or submitted by, or on behalf of, Retailer or its Authorized Users for use with the Services, including without limitation Store information, Customer Data, and Customer uploaded call logs and contact information.
Retailer Data means data collected from Customers’ use of Retailer that relates to records of sales, including, by way of example, data taken from a given User’s point-of-sale system.
Retailer Data shall have the meaning given to the termLicensee Data” in the Retailer Agreement.

  • The Contracting Retailer shall Register all of the Supply Points in respect of which it has agreed to provide or provides Water Services and/or Sewerage Services to Non-Household Customers from time to time and provide all Retailer Data Items required in relation to those Supply Points to the Market Operator in accordance with Part D of the Market Terms (Market Design) and as otherwise set out in the Market Terms.

  • Creating State Retailer Data Update Files Each night, the REDE Subsystem will utilize the current and prior night’s Retailer Extract File to create the state retailer data update files for those states that the State Agencies and/or EBT processors have included in a file of requested states.

More Definitions of Retailer Data

Retailer Data means (i) any personally identifiable information provided by an individual to Retailer in connection with the Program, and (ii) other data or information which is not GDC Data which is collected by or on behalf of Retailer without a breach of the Agreement or any obligation of confidentiality to GDC.
Retailer Data means data generated by the Retailers which is collected by Us for the purpose of providing the Services to You or facilitating Your use of the Services and includes Portal Data and Direct Data;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
