Retailer Non-Storefront definition
Retailer Non-Storefront means a State recognized Type 9 license for the retail sale and delivery of cannabis from a licensed premises that is not open to the public, whether for medicinal or adult use.
Retailer Non-Storefront means a dispensary conditionally permitted by the City operating pursuant to a Type 9-Retailer from the State of California under Business and Professions Code Section 26001(p) that sells and delivers cannabis goods to customers, but does not sell cannabis goods to customers at its premises. A retailer (non-storefront) must have a licensed premises, but is not open to the public. A retailer (non-storefront) permittee may operate pursuant to a license designated by the State of California as an A-License (Adult-use), an M-License (Medical-use), or both.
