Retained Deliverables definition
Retained Deliverables has the meaning given in Clause 35.8(b) (Payments by the Supplier);

Examples of Retained Deliverables in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplier may not license the Retained Deliverables to any competitor of Syntax or Syntax Affiliate during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two years following termination of this Agreement.
Supplier agrees that Syntax shall have an unconditional, perpetual, worldwide, non-revocable, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use and distribute the Retained Deliverables.
