Retained Holdback Amount definition

Retained Holdback Amount means 50% of the Purchase Price, as adjusted by the Purchase Price Adjustment, payable to the applicable Retained Seller.
Retained Holdback Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.6(g) of the Agreement.
