Retainer Amount definition

Retainer Amount has the meaning assigned in Section 5.18.
Retainer Amount means the retainer amount, if any, specified in a Quote or Proposal and as may be modified from time to time by the Parties in a Contract Document.
Retainer Amount means the amount that an Outside Director is entitled to receive from the Company for a fiscal year of the Company for serving on the Board, including fees for attendance at meetings of the Board or attendance at any committee meeting of the Board.

  • If a Participant is elected to the Board after September 30 of a Board Cycle, the Participant will receive 50% of the applicable Annual Retainer Amount set forth in subsection (a) above.

  • Trigger Amount with respect to Extraordinary Trust Expenses for the Trust is $25,000 and the Maximum Reimbursable Amount is $100,000. The Trustee Fee will be paid by the Expense Administrator. The amounts payable as contributions hereunder shall be determined as of the date on which the related payment or distribution is made by the applicable Funding Guarantor. The allocation among Contributing Guarantors of their obligations as set forth in this Section 7.2 shall not be construed in any way to limit the liability of any Contributing Guarantor hereunder. Each Guarantor is a third party beneficiary to the contribution agreement set forth in this Section 7.2.

  • Monthly Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Certificates, other than the Class P, Class R and Class C Certificates, an amount equal to the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the Class Principal Amount of such Class of Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, in each case, reduced by any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates and any Relief Act Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates, in each such case, as such shortfalls are allocated pursuant to Section 1.02 herein.
