Retainer Payment definition

Retainer Payment means a payment made for medical, behavioral, or psychiatric related temporary absences of 30 days or less from residential treatment programs for which the Division has provided prior authorization;
Retainer Payment means payment made to providers of residential habilitation services while the participant is hospitalized or absent from the residential habilitation program.
