Retainer Payment definition

Retainer Payment means a payment made for medical, behavioral, or psychiatric related temporary absences of 30 days or less from residential treatment programs for which the Division has provided prior authorization;
Retainer Payment means a payment that may be paid in respect of Unplanned Absences in accordance with the terms of Clause 5.9;
