Retirement Distribution Date definition

Retirement Distribution Date means the last day of the month in which a Participant has both (i) reached or passed his or her Retirement Date and (ii) has actually ceased being an Employee or Director other than by death.
Retirement Distribution Date means the last business day of the 12th month following the month in which the Participant’s Retirement Date occurs.

Examples of Retirement Distribution Date in a sentence

  • In the event a Participant who is receiving quarterly installments dies after his or her Delayed Cessation Date, the Participant's Vested Accounts, or the remainder thereof, shall be paid to the Participant's Beneficiary in accordance with the Participant's election as to the form of distribution made in accordance with Section 7.1 and election as to the Retirement Distribution Date.

  • However, in the absence of an election by the Participant, the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit will be distributed no later than the Normal Retirement Distribution Date.

  • On or after December 1, 2001, a Participant shall be able to elect whether his or her election of a form of distribution under Section 7.1 hereof and election of a Retirement Distribution Date under Section 7.2 hereof shall be applicable to his or her termination of employment for a reason other than Retirement.
