Retro Pay definition

Retro Pay all employees in the wage progression shall receive the difference in pay between their current rate of pay and their new rate of pay on all hours paid retroactive to April 30, 2022 (Date of Expiry), or the difference between the 12- month rate for their classification if this amount is greater, in accordance with paragraph (g) above.
