Retroactive Price Discount definition
Retroactive Price Discount means, with respect to a Product, a discount off of the invoiced price for such Product provided for in a contract entered into by Eisai or any of its Affiliates or Sub-distributors during any period stipulating a discounted contract price for such Product that is effective for Product purchased prior to the execution of such contract.
