Examples of Return Deadline in a sentence

  • If the Obligations are not satisfied because Executive does not return all Company property in Executive’s possession by the Property Return Deadline, or because the Release does not become effective and irrevocable by the Release Deadline, Executive will forfeit any right to severance payments or benefits under this Agreement.
