Return of Materials. Upon the request of the COUNTY, but in any event upon termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall surrender to the COUNTY all memoranda, notes, records, drawings, manuals, computer software, and other documents or materials pertaining to the services hereunder, that were furnished to CONTRACTOR by the COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement.

Return of Materials. Color transparencies and black-and-white photographs are lent for a period of up to twelve (12) months from Licensee’s execution of the License Agreement and must be returned at or prior to that time. Digital images must be destroyed upon the publication of the Project.
