Examples of Return of Other Funds in a sentence

  • Any Reflow or Return of Other Funds received by the Trustee shall be credited to the relevant Sub-Account, from which the original funding was provided, except that any investment income returned shall be credited to the Investment Income Sub-Account.

  • If the Trustee receives any Reflow or Return of Other Funds from any MDB after the Final Transfer Date, the Trustee shall transfer such funds to another trust fund referred to in paragraph 13.4 above or return the Contributors their Shares in such funds, as applicable.
