Return to Manufacturer definition

Return to Manufacturer shall have the meaning set forth in the Event of Loss definition contained herein.
Return to Manufacturer means the return of the Airframe of an Aircraft, an Engine, Rotor Blade or Rotor Component to the manufacturer for modification in the event of patent infringement or for repair or replacement.

Examples of Return to Manufacturer in a sentence

  • The date of such Event of Loss shall be the date of such theft, disappearance, destruction, damage, Requisition of Use, prohibition, unfitness for use for the stated period, removal for the stated period or Return to Manufacturer.

  • In the event of a Return to Manufacturer, Lessee will be entitled to all amounts payable to Lessor by the Manufacturer up to the amount, if any, of the Casualty Value actually paid by Lessee to Lessor, and any excess will be retained by Lessor.

  • Except in the case of loss, permanent disappearance, destruction or Return to Manufacturer, and unless possession thereof is required to be delivered to a third party insurance carrier in order to settle an insurance claim, Lessor shall be entitled to recover possession of the Aircraft and Lessor shall be entitled to any salvage value in excess of the Casualty Value paid to Lessor.

  • Except in the case of loss, permanent disappearance, destruction or Return to Manufacturer, Lessor shall be entitled to recover possession of the Aircraft, unless possession thereof is required to be delivered to a third party insurance carrier in order to settle an insurance claim.

  • In the event of a Return to Manufacturer, Lessor agrees that Lessee shall receive and retain all amounts payable to Lessor by the Manufacturer up to the amount, if any, of the Casualty Value actually paid by Lessee hereunder, and that Lessee shall retain any excess.

  • Lessor shall be entitled to receive and retain all amounts payable by the Manufacturer with respect to a Return to Manufacturer or by any governmental authority with respect to any Requisition of Use, as the case may be, except that such amounts received in good collected funds shall be applied against Lessee's obligation to pay Casualty Value or, so long as no Event of Default has occurred, remitted to Lessee (up to the amount of the Casualty Value paid by Lessee to Lessor in good and indefeasible funds).

  • Return to Manufacturer shall be in accordance with instructions issued by Manufacturer immediately upon receipt of notice of Ericsson's election to return.

  • Except in the case of total destruction, permanent disappearance, Requisition of Use, or Return to Manufacturer, Lessor will be entitled to possession of the Aircraft, unless possession by an insurance carrier is required in order to settle an insurance claim.

  • Shipping instructions as well as a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (“RMA”) number will be included in the original packaging with the replacement part or piece of Covered Equipment.

  • All Product returns must be assigned a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA).
