RETURNED CHECK. For any returned or bounced checks, Landlord may charge Tenant the cost of the returned check fee, as well as an additional reasonable fee, together with Rent late fees, as applicable.

RETURNED CHECK means any check submitted by an applicant for a License or submitted by a Licensee to the Department that is returned to the Department due to insufficient funds.

RETURNED CHECK means a check or similar sight order for the payment of money which is not honored by the drawee (bank or financial institution).
