Returned Merchandise definition

Returned Merchandise means goods sold by Sellers prior to the Closing Date and returned by a customer prior to the Closing Date in compliance with Sellers’ return policy.
Returned Merchandise means goods sold by Sellers prior to the Sale Commencement Date and returned by a customer within thirty (30) days after the Sale Commencement Date in compliance with Sellers’ return policy in effect immediately prior to the Sale Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Returned Merchandise

Returned Merchandise means Merchandise sold by Merchant prior to the Sale Commencement Date that is returned in accordance with Merchant’s return policy.

The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.
