Returned Products definition

Returned Products means Products which Customer has deemed are in need of Repair Services.

Returned Products means any Muscarinic Products based on Primary Selected Muscarinic Compounds and their respective Back-Up Selected Muscarinic Compounds, rights to which revert to ACADIA pursuant to Section 6.2(a)(i).

More Definitions of Returned Products

Returned Products means any Products sold by Seller before the Execution Date and returned to Purchaser. Purchaser shall notify Seller of receipt of any Returned Products and shall immediately remit all such Returned Products to Seller at: Merck & Co., Inc., Branch Operations, 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxx. St. Louis, Missouri 63115, at the sole expense of Seller. All credits and/or reimbursements that may be due customers for Returned Products shall be the sole responsibility of Seller.

Returned Products shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Retained Liabilities.

Returned Products has the meaning set forth at Section 2.03(c).

Returned Products means Disposable Kits (1) returned by non-Affiliate third parties to whom the Disposable Kits were sold and (2) for which Celsion has fully refunded to the third party (or extended a credit for) all consideration received for the returned Disposable Kits (with the exception of reasonable and customary shipping or handling charges, if applicable).

Returned Products means any Existing Product sold by Merck before the Closing Date and returned to Salix or to Merck within the time allowed for returns under Merck’s Standard Return Terms and Conditions. Returned Products do not include any Supplied Products or other Products sold directly by Salix after the Closing Date.

Returned Products means any Product that is returned by the Consumer to the Shop for which the Consumer is entitled to a refund by relevant applicable mandatory law. Returned Products do not include any Products that the Customer is willing to accept from a Consumer and refund without mandatory obligation or returned products pursuant to the deposit return system.
