Revenue Equipment definition

Revenue Equipment means, with respect to any Person, trucks, tractors, trailers, city tractors, converter gears and all accessories and parts attached thereto, owned by such Person as of the date of determination free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens.
Revenue Equipment means that Property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary which is so designated on the Borrower's consolidated balance sheets provided to the Lenders under Section 6.1(i) and (ii), exclusive of any real property which may fall under such designation.
Revenue Equipment all Equipment that would typically be subject to a certificate of title and that is (a) owned by a Borrower, and (b) is used in the conduct of a Borrower’s business as a means of producing revenue.
