Revenue Generating Contracts definition

Revenue Generating Contracts means a legal agreement between the City and a third party that yields a financial return for the City. Revenue Generating Contracts include, but are not limited to:
Revenue Generating Contracts means all contracts to which Seller or one of its Affiliates is a party relating to any of the Terminals and pursuant to which Seller generates income or revenue from a third party, including, without limitation, terminaling or throughput agreements and exchange agreements, more particularly described in Exhibit T.
Revenue Generating Contracts means vendor, concessions and merchandising agreements, user/rental agreements, booking commitments, License Agreements, and all other contracts or agreements leasing or licensing use of the Civic Center to third parties, or otherwise generating revenue for the Civic Center, and entered into in the ordinary course of operating the Civic Center.

Revenue Generating Contracts means a legal agreement between the County and a third party that yields a financial return for the County. Revenue Generating Contracts include, but are not limited to:
Revenue Generating Contracts means for purposes of this Section 2.10, contracts executed within 36 months of the Closing Date for (a) the sale of GPS devices and collection of proceeds at a sale price reasonably acceptable to Buyer, or (b) the execution of a contact for the lease of GPS devices with at least twenty-four (24) months of recurring revenues at a lease rate reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Revenue Generating Contracts means (a) the Investment Advisory Contracts between the Purchaser and the Earnout Group in place on or immediately following the Closing or entered into between Purchaser and the Earnout Group in connection with Section 3.3(a) of this Schedule 3.2(c) or in connection with any new fund that is part of the Earnout Group during the Earnout Period, (b) any servicing contracts between Purchaser and the Earnout Group in place on or immediately following the Closing or entered into between Purchaser and the Earnout Group in connection with Section 3.3(a) of this Schedule 3.2(c) or in connection with any new fund that is part of the Earnout Group during the Earnout Period, and (c) any other contract pursuant to which the Purchaser or any Relevant Purchaser Party is entitled to receive management fees, incentive fees, shareholder servicing fees, operating servicing fees or other fees related to the Earnout Group Business, in each case in place on or immediately following the Closing or entered into pursuant to Section 3.3(a) of this Schedule 3.2(c) or in connection with any new fund that is part of the Earnout Group during the Earnout Period and, in each case, only to the extent related to the Earnout Group.
Revenue Generating Contracts means a legal agreement between the Municipality and a third party that yields a financial return or benefit for the Municipality. Revenue Generating Contracts include, but are not limited to:
Revenue Generating Contracts means all contracts to which MPLCO or one of its Affiliates is a party relating to the Assets and pursuant to which MPLCO generates income or revenue from a third party, including, without limitation, terminaling or throughput agreements and exchange agreements.
