Revenue Index definition

Revenue Index means that fraction that is equal to (a) the Revenue Per Available Room for the Hotel divided by (b) the average Revenue Per Available Room for the hotels in the Competitive Set, as set forth in the Revenue Data Publication. Appropriate adjustments to the Revenue Index acceptable to Owner shall be made in the event of a major renovation of the Hotel.
