Reverse Transition Service definition

Reverse Transition Service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Reverse Transition Service has the meaning set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.
Reverse Transition Service means services related to transactions, refunds, customer grievance, any other information, documentation provided by the BCA to TranServ or its designee, for the effective management and maintenance of the Services under this Agreement

  • When a reference is made in this Agreement to “Service Provider” or “Service Recipient,” such reference shall be to the provider or recipient of either Transition Services or Reverse Transition Services as the context requires with reference to the particular Transition Service or Reverse Transition Service at issue.

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, including the dispute of any Transition Service Fees or Reverse Transition Service Fees (each, a “Dispute”) shall be referred to the individuals set forth on Schedule 3 (the “Executive Committee”) within five (5) days of a Party becoming aware of the Dispute.

  • The Transition Service Fees shall be invoiced by SUNE to TerraForm and the Reverse Transition Service Fees shall be invoiced by TerraForm to SUNE, as applicable, in accordance with the procedures and timelines described on Schedule 1 or Schedule 2, as applicable.

  • Except as agreed by the Parties in writing or as otherwise stated in the Exhibits, the Company may terminate for convenience any Transition Service, and Rank may terminate for convenience any Reverse Transition Service, upon 30 days’ prior written notice of such termination.
