Review Deposit. Simultaneous with execution hereof, Applicant has paid a review deposit as required by Sections 16-292(c) and 17-61(c), Town Code, in the amount of $_____________ against and to secure payment of a portion of the Town’s review expense in accordance with Sections 16-292(b) and 17-61(b), Town Code. Any amount by which the Applicant’s deposit exceeds the costs incurred by the Town with regard to development of the Property shall be refunded to Applicant within a reasonable time after final action has been taken with regard to development of the Property or upon withdrawal of the application by the Applicant.
