Revised Schedules definition

Revised Schedules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.7 hereof.
Revised Schedules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(b) of this Agreement.
Revised Schedules mean solely and exclusively those schedules prepared by the Contractor and accepted by Owner which incorporate all additions to and reductions in the Contract Time which are set forth in final and unconditional Change Orders. This shall include all additions to and reductions in the Contract Time incorporated in final Change Orders pursuant to compliance with Articles ARTICLE 6, ARTICLE 13 and ARTICLE 14 and which arise from: (a) activity duration corrections; (b) logic changes; (c) acceleration; (d) Recovery Plans; and/or (e) any other impacts to the Contract Time expressly recognized in this Contract. .1Contractor shall issue Revised Schedules to Owner promptly after Change Orders affecting the Contract Time have been finalized, but in any event not later than twenty (20) calendar days after the date that the relevant Change Orders are finalized. .2All Revised Schedules shall be resource loaded and prepared using critical path method software acceptable to the Owner and printed in a tabular bar chart format. .3The first Revised Schedule shall be dated and identified as "Revised Schedule No. 1" and all subsequent revisions shall be dated and numbered sequentially. Each Revised Schedule shall be clearly labeled to state the effective date of the current status information contained therein. .4All Revised Schedules shall clearly demonstrate all changes in resource loading and/or the as-planned start and finish dates for all critical and non-critical path numbered Work activities as compared to the Base-Line Schedule, or the most recent previous Revised Schedule, whichever is later. .5Contractor shall simultaneously provide Owner with a hard copy and a diskette containing an electronic copy of each Schedule Update as submitted, including all logic diagram formats. .6Along with each Revised Schedule, Contractor shall provide Owner with a brief narrative report of any significant events which have occurred since the previous Revised Schedule which may affect the Contract Time. .7The Contractor's failure to provide Revised Schedules as required in this Section 6.5 shall be a material breach of this Contract.

Examples of Revised Schedules in a sentence

  • If there is Congestion based on the Revised Schedules or mismatches in Inter-Scheduling Coordinator Energy Trades, the ISO shall adjust the Revised Schedules and issue Final Schedules.

  • If the ISO notifies a SC that there will be no Congestion on the ISO Controlled Grid based on the Revised Schedules submitted by all SCs, the Revised Schedule shall become that SC’s Final Schedule.

  • Advisory Firm Letter means a letter, that has been prepared by the Advisory Firm used by the Corporation in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, which states that the relevant Schedules, notices or other information to be provided by the Corporation to the Members, along with all supporting schedules and work papers, were prepared in a manner that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement and, to the extent not expressly provided in this Agreement, on a reasonable basis in light of the facts and law in existence on the date such Schedules, notices or other information were delivered by the Corporation to the Members.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedules delivered by Parent to the Company simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Sellers Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Sellers to the Purchaser on the date hereof.

  • Seller Disclosure Letter means the Seller Disclosure Letter attached hereto, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.
