Revoked or canceled means that notice, in writing, of revocation or cancellation either was received by the named holder, as shown on the payment card, or was recorded by the issuer.
Cancelled the cancellation, termination and forgiveness by Permitted Auction Purchaser of all Loans, Commitments and related Obligations acquired in connection with an Auction Purchase or other acquisition of Term Loans, which cancellation shall be consummated as described in Section 10.6(b)(iii)(C) and the definition of “Eligible Assignee.”
Revoked means removal of certification by this state or another state.
Cancelled Test means a drug or alcohol test that has a problem identified that cannot be or has not been corrected or which 49 C.F.R. Part 40 otherwise requires to be cancelled. A cancelled test is neither a positive nor a negative test.
Forfeited means the Insured’s financial Loss of any whole or prorated prepaid
Disposed shall have correlative meanings.
Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.
Terminated means the termination of Executive's employment hereunder for any of the following reasons unless the context indicates otherwise:
Qualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account to pay the qualified disability expenses of the designated beneficiary of the account.
Regular election means an election held on a regular election date to elect an individual to, or nominate an individual for, elective office in the regular course of the terms of that elective office.
Converted Unrestricted Subsidiary has the meaning specified in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”
Immediate-Or-Cancel means that the Order may be filled partially, but the Order must be actioned immediately, or else canceled. Any remaining portion will be canceled.
Suspended Solids means solids that either float on the surface of, or are in suspension in water, sewage or other liquids, and which are removable by laboratory filtering.
Non-Permitted Holder The meaning specified in Section 2.11(b).
Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.

Terminated for Cause mean termination of the employment of the Employee because of the Employee's personal dishonesty, incompetence, willful misconduct, breach of a fiduciary duty involving personal profit, intentional failure to perform stated duties, willful violation of any law, rule, or regulation (other than traffic violations or similar offenses) or final cease-and-desist order, or material breach of any provision of this Agreement. The Employee shall not be deemed to have been Terminated for Cause unless and until there shall have been delivered to the Employee a copy of a resolution, duly adopted by the affirmative vote of not less than a majority of the entire membership of the Board of Directors at a meeting of the Board called and held for such purpose (after reasonable notice to the Employee and an opportunity for the Employee, together with the Employee's counsel, to be heard before the Board), stating that in the good faith opinion of the Board the Employee has engaged in conduct described in the preceding sentence and specifying the particulars thereof in detail.
Nonqualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account that is not:
Cancellation means an end to the Contract affected pursuant to a right which the Contract creates due to a Breach.
Converted organization means the organization into which a
Total Suspended Solids means measure of all suspended solids in a liquid; typically expressed in mg/L.
Dispose of has the meaning ascribed to that expression by section 21F(8) of the Control Act. Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:
Non-Performing Equipment Note means an Equipment Note issued pursuant to an Indenture that is not a Performing Equipment Note.
Investment Election means the Participant’s election to have deferred amounts credited with hypothetical earnings credits (or losses) that track the investment performance of the Investment Options and/or Common Stock in accordance with Article V.
