Revolver Cash Collateral definition

Revolver Cash Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • The foregoing provisions of this Section 6.2(a) shall not prevent the Term Loan Agent or the Term Loan Claimants from objecting to any provision in any Revolver Cash Collateral order or Revolver DIP Financing documentation relating to any provision or content of a plan of reorganization.
