Revolving Facility Documents definition

Revolving Facility Documents means the Revolving Facility Credit Agreement and the Revolving Facility Security Documents.
Revolving Facility Documents means the credit agreement documenting the Revolving Facility (as defined in the Out-of-Court Restructuring Term Sheet) and any related security agreement, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral agreement or other ancillary document.
Revolving Facility Documents as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • To the extent that an insured loss covers or constitutes both Revolving Facility First Lien Collateral and Noteholder First Lien Collateral, then the Collateral Agent and the Noteholder Collateral Agent will work jointly and in good faith to collect, adjust or settle (subject to the rights of the Grantors under the Revolving Facility Documents and the Noteholder Documents) under the relevant insurance policy.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall impair the obligations of Holdings, the Company or any other Grantor, which are absolute and unconditional, to pay the Obligations under the Noteholder Documents and the Revolving Facility Documents as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with their terms.


More Definitions of Revolving Facility Documents

Revolving Facility Documents means the “Loan Documents”, as defined in the Credit Agreement.
Revolving Facility Documents means the Credit Agreement dated as of April 23, 2012 among Apio, Cal Ex and GreenLine Logistics, as borrowers, the other persons thereto designated as credit parties, the lenders party thereto from time to time, and GECC, as agent for such lenders, as the same may be amended, restated or replaced from time to time.

Revolving Facility Documents means all agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Revolving Facility or any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness of the Revolving Facility (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement or the Intercreditor Agreement) or providing for any guarantee, security interests or other right in respect thereof.
Revolving Facility Documents has the meaning given to the termFinance Documents” in the Original Revolving Facility Agreement and each document relating to indebtedness permitted by the Debt Documents with the same priority and payment ranking as the Revolving Facility.
Revolving Facility Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the Credit Agreement, as amended, extended, renewed, restated, supplemented, waived, replaced, restructured, repaid, refunded, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time in connection with refinancing, refunding or replacement of the Credit Agreement, including with different lenders or agents.
