Revolving Increase definition

Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.3.
Revolving Increase as defined in Section 2.1(e)(i).

Examples of Revolving Increase in a sentence

  • Additionally, for the avoidance of doubt, it is understood and agreed that in no event shall the aggregate amount of the Increases to the Revolving Commitments exceed the Available Revolving Increase Amount during the term of the Agreement.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Revolving Lenders and the New Revolving Lenders of the final allocation of such increase and the Revolving Increase Effective Date.

  • The Borrower shall prepay any Revolving Loans outstanding on the Revolving Increase Effective Date (and pay any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05) to the extent necessary to keep the outstanding Revolving Loans ratable with any revised Applicable Revolving Percentages arising from any nonratable increase in the Revolving Commitments under this Section.

  • Any Increase shall be in an amount of at least $5,000,000 (or, if the Available Revolving Increase Amount is less than $5,000,000, such remaining Available Revolving Increase Amount) and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

  • On any Increase Effective Date on which an Incremental Revolving Increase is effective, the participations held by the Revolving Lenders in the L/C Obligations and Swing Line Loans immediately prior to such increase will be reallocated so as to be held by the Revolving Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages after giving effect to such Incremental Revolving Increase.

  • If such Revolving Increase Supplement is in all respects reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent shall execute such Revolving Increase Supplement and deliver a copy thereof to the Borrower and each such Lender, Affiliate, Approved Fund or other Person, as the case may be.

  • Any Increase shall be in an amount of at least $10,000,000 (or, if the Available Revolving Increase Amount is less than $10,000,000, such remaining Available Revolving Increase Amount) and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

  • The Borrower shall prepay any Revolving Loans outstanding on the Revolving Increase Effective Date (and pay any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05) to the extent necessary to keep the outstanding Revolving Loans ratable with any revised Applicable Revolving Percentages arising from any nonratable increase in the Revolving Commitments under this Section 2.16.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Company and the Revolving Lenders and the New Revolving Lenders of the final allocation of such increase and the Revolving Increase Effective Date.

  • The Incremental Joinder Agreement may, without the consent of any other Lenders, effect such amendments to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers, to effect the provisions of this Section 2.13 (including in connection with an Incremental Revolving Increase, to reallocate the Outstanding Amount of Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations on a pro rata basis among the relevant Revolving Lenders).
