Revolving Interest definition

Revolving Interest means Interest at a fixed rate due for a certain Revolving Period, which is charged for each Revolving Period at the amount of the principal outstanding / redeemed on the Loan;
Revolving Interest. Rate shall mean the US-Canada Revolving Interest Rate. Sale and Leaseback Transaction shall mean, with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries, any arrangement, directly or indirectly, with any Person whereby the Company or such Subsidiary shall sell or transfer any property used in its business and thereafter rent or lease such property or other property that it intends to use for substantially the same purpose or purposes as the property being sold or transferred. Sanctioned Jurisdiction shall mean a country subject to a sanctions program maintained under any Anti-Terrorism Law. Sanctioned Person shall mean (a) a Person that is the subject of sanctions administered by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State (“State”), including by virtue of being (i) named on OFAC’s list of “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons”; (ii) organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or physically located in a Sanctioned Jurisdiction; (iii) owned or controlled 50% or more in the aggregate, by one or more Persons that are the subject of sanctions administered by OFAC; (b) a Person that is the subject of sanctions maintained by the European Union (“E.U.”), including by virtue of being named on the E.U.’s “Consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to E.U. financial sanctions” or other, similar lists; (c) a Person that is the subject of sanctions maintained by the United Kingdom (“U.K.”), including by virtue of being named on the “Consolidated List Of Financial Sanctions Targets in the U.K.” or other, similar lists; or (d) a Person that is the subject of sanctions imposed by any Governmental Body of a jurisdiction whose laws apply to this Agreement. SEC shall mean the Securities and Exchange Commission and any other similar applicable authority or Governmental Body in any applicable jurisdiction or any successor thereto. Secured Parties shall mean, collectively, the Agent, Issuer, Swing Loan Lender and Lenders, together with any Affiliates of the Agent or any Lender to whom any Hedge Liabilities or Cash Management Liabilities (including JPM European Treasury Management Obligations) are owed and with each other holder of any of the Obligations, and the respective successors and assigns of each of them and Secured Party shall mean any of them. Securities Act shall mean the Securities Act of 1933, or any similar applicable statute or Laws in any applicable jurisdiction, as amended.

Examples of Revolving Interest in a sentence

  • All disbursements or payments related to Letters of Credit shall be deemed to be Domestic Rate Loans consisting of Revolving Advances and shall bear interest at the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans.

  • Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, any Obligations other than the Advances that are not paid when due shall accrue interest at the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans, subject to the provision of the final sentence of this Section 3.1 regarding the Default Rate.

  • If any payment to be made hereunder becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day, the due date thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and interest thereon shall be payable at the applicable Revolving Interest Rate during such extension.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Section 2.1(b), the principal amount of the Revolving Loans outstanding from time to time shall bear interest at the applicable Revolving Interest Rate.
