RFN Procedure definition

RFN Procedure means the procedure outlined in the agreement with the RFN Party wherein SuperGen must offer the RFN Party the right of first discussion before selling or granting any rights relating to any compound owned or developed by SuperGen.

Examples of RFN Procedure in a sentence

  • Subject to the RFN Party's right of first discussion pursuant to the RFN Procedure, SuperGen shall notify EuroGen when such Tier 3 Product and/or Other Product is available for appointment to EuroGen.

  • In order to grant EuroGen rights in the Tier 2 Products, SuperGen must first comply with the RFN Procedure by notifying the RFN Party and offering the right of first discussion regarding the terms proposed to be granted to EuroGen hereunder.
