RFR Revolving Loan definition

RFR Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

RFR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan or, if applicable, Unpaid Sum, denominated in sterling, U.S. Dollar or Swiss Francs.
