RFR Term Loan definition

RFR Term Loan means a Term Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.
RFR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Daily Simple RFR.
RFR Term Loan means a Term Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR. “S&P” means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, or any successor.

Examples of RFR Term Loan in a sentence

  • Each RFR Term Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR plus the Applicable Rate.

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
