Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.
Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.
Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.
Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under ARTICLE 14.
Inspection Certificate means a report prepared by an independent authority or third party assessor who is qualified by experience and/or education to declare the Produce unfit for human consumption, unsuitable for sale or not meeting a particular specification or standard.
Satisfaction Certificate means the certificate materially in the form of the document contained in Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing) granted by the Customer when the Supplier has Achieved a Milestone or a Test;
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
Allocation Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.20.
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
Option Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing an Option;
Occupation Certificate means any occupation certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;
Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:
Exemption Certificate is defined in clause (e) of Section 4.6.
Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.
Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.
Tax Exemption Certificate means the Tax Exemption Certificate approved under the terms of this Resolution and to be executed by the Treasurer and delivered at the time of issuance and delivery of the Notes.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Construction Completion Date means date of the completion of the Construction Period, which shall be at the expiry of a period of 24 (Twenty Four) months from the Compliance Date or such other date (with the consent of the Authority) by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Concession Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by Authority as per Article 14.1.
Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such other certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity;
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
