RHS Plan definition

RHS Plan means the Rockford Health System Retirement Plan.

Examples of RHS Plan in a sentence

  • The employer will provide access to a Retirement Health Savings (RHS) Plan pursuant to regulations set forth by the Internal Revenue Code that allows participant to accumulate assets tax-free to pay for medical expenses in retirement.

  • When an employee terminates or retires, the monetary equivalent of their unused total combined accrued Universal and Vacation leaves, at 50% value, will be deposited into their RHS Plan pursuant to the Plan Agreement.

  • The RHS Plan is a medical expense reimbursement program that accumulates assets to pay for medical expenses in retirement on a tax‐free basis.

  • If a unit employee has less than five hundred (500) hours of sick leave at the time when the RHS Plan is implemented, then the balance will be made up using vacation leave (with sick leave used first until exhausted).

  • Plan design, eligibility, participation, and funding for the RHS Plan are wholly the responsibility of the LAPOA.

  • One-third (⅓) of the value of the “Sick-Leave-to-RHS Conversion Bank” shall be deposited tax-free into the employee’s RHS Plan on or about the following dates: August 1, 2014, August 1, 2015 and August 1, 2016, respectively to account for the successive salary increases.

  • Payments to the RHS Plan shall be made in July of the same year as it is withdrawn from the Employees’ vacation balances.

  • Section 11.7 RHS Plan Administration of the Retirement Health Savings (RHS) Plan shall be governed by the RHS Plan document as may be changed from time to time by agreement of the parties.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
