Rider Clauses means the additional clauses forming part of the pro forma Charter Party;

  • This Agreement and the Rider Clauses attached hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no promise, undertaking, representation, warranty or statement by either party prior to the date stated in Box 2 shall affect this Agreement.
