Right of Revocation definition

Right of Revocation. I, Michael J. Kelleher understand that I have the right to revoke this ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇n writing, by delivering the revocation to the Company, within seven (7) days of execution of this General Release. I understand that revoking this General Release will not effect my Date of Termination. I further understand that by revoking this General Release, I will no longer be eligible for the severance benefits set forth in Sections 2.2 through 2.5 of the Agreement. Rather, I will only be entitled to the severance payment set forth in Section 2.6 of the Agreement.
Right of Revocation shall lapse with respect to an additional 1/16th of the total Revocable Warrants when the Holder completes each month of continuous employment thereafter.
Right of Revocation. The Patient has the right to revoke their consent to the conduct of the video consultation at any time. The Doctor has the right to terminate the video consultation if they believe that a personal examination is necessary.
