Right Party Contact definition

Right Party Contact. Means a person-to-person contact with an obligor (a signer of the Mortgage Note), or, where applicable, the obligor's legal guardian or attorney-in-fact with respect to the loan, or other third party as appointed by the mortgagor.

  • In accordance with the Customary Servicing Practices, the Servicer shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, periodic examinations of a representative sample of the Lease Documents and of the related accounts, records and computer systems to verify compliance with the Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Each such servicer must assign a relationship manager to a delinquent borrower or a borrower who requests consideration under imminent default immediately upon the successful establishment of Right Party Contact with the borrower and the determination that the servicer will consider the borrower for HAMP, UP or HAFA.

  • For every contractually delinquent loan, Subservicer will make outbound call attempts in a manner designed below to maximize making Right Party Contact and send out a minimum of one collection statement per month in which a loan remains past due in an effort to collect the full amount (including principal, interest and other charges owed by Borrower under the HSA Loan).

  • If Right Party Contact is established and the borrower does not disclose financial information over the phone, but expresses an interest in HAMP, the servicer must send a written communication to the borrower via regular or electronic mail that clearly describes the Initial Package, per the requirements outlined in Section 2.2.2 and must assign a relationship manager.

  • Technical Contact The Reporter designates the individual listed below as the contact person for technical or other implementation coordination issues under this Agreement. The contact person shall be the point of contact for the CMS for any technical questions that may arise during the term of this Agreement. If the Reporter changes its technical contact person, the Reporter shall notify the CMS in writing within thirty (30) working days of the transfer and provide the information listed below for the new contact person.

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Authorized Contact is a representative authorized by Customer to request service changes using procedure outlined herein.

  • Unconsented contact means any contact with another individual that is initiated or continued without the consent of the individual, or in disregard of that individual's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of unconsented contact. Unconsented contact includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;

  • Out-of-network provider means any provider that is not directly or indirectly employed by or does not have a provider agreement with the contractor or any of its subcontractors pursuant to the contract between the department and the contractor.

  • Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Co-occurring disorder specialist means an individual

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Sexual contact means the deliberate touching of a person's intimate body parts (including lips, genitalia, groin, breast or buttocks, or clothing covering any of those areas), or using force to cause self-touching by another person of intimate body parts.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
