Right to Object definition

Right to Object under certain circumstances, an individual can object to the way in which their data is being processed.
Right to Object with respect to a Development and Regulatory Plan, has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(h), and with respect to any Label Related Documents & Materials, has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(b).
Right to Object. We are committed to the legitimate privacy interests of all persons about whom we collect Personal Information, and we do not use Personal Information collected and processed in the context of your relationship with us for profiling, direct marketing, or research purposes. If at any point in time you do not believe this to be the case, you are entitled to object in writing, clearly stating the reasons for your objection. We will seek to make reasonable accommodations in response to your objection, where appropriate and as required. • Rights in relation to automated decision-making: With respect to the collection, processing, and evaluation of Personal Information, subject to any supplementary notice or later amendment to this notice, we do not apply automated decision-making processes, i.e., significant decisions about you are not made based solely on automated processing of your Personal Information.

More Definitions of Right to Object

Right to Object. You have the right to object to us processing your PI for the following reasons: Processing was not based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling); Direct marketing (including profiling); Processing for purposes of scientific/historical research and statistics; and Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling.
Right to Object at any time. This means you just need to email us at study@sibt.nsw.edu.au, or the privacy team on privacy@navitas.com, and we will ensure your photos and videos are not taken from that point on.

If you exercise your right we shall no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds fopr the processing which override your rights and interests. We can also continue to process your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes our legitimate grounds are no longer considered and your personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes. If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time.If you are interested in exercising any of your rights please contact us at the postal or email address mentioned below. We have a right to refuse your request and/or collect a fee for dealing with it but only where the laws and regulations allows us to do so. Your personal data processed by us should be current and precise. Please inform us about all changes of your personal data at the contact info below. If you are not satisfied with the way we process your personal data, you have a right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory body which in Czechia is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (www.uoou.cz).

  • Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).
