Rights Agreements definition

Rights Agreements means the Bucksbaum Rights Agreement and those certain Redemption Rights Agreements entered into before, on or after the date hereof by the Partnership, the General Partner and certain other Persons in connection with the issuance of Units to such other Persons, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Rights Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 5.06.

Rights Agreements means each contract between an Obligor and any Person with respect to certain contractual rights to receive cash payments based upon the sales of the biotechnology drugs (i) Neupogen manufactured by Amgen, Inc. and its successors or Affiliates, and marketed by Amgen, Inc., Roche Inc. and their Affiliates or (ii) ReoPro manufactured by Centocor, Inc. and its successors and Affiliates, and marketed by Centocor, Inc., Xxx Xxxxx and Company and their successors and Affiliates, including the Amgen Rights Agreements and the Centocor Rights Agreements.
