Rights Offering definition

  • If any of the conditions specified in this Section 10 shall not have been fulfilled when and as required by this Agreement, this Agreement and all obligations of the Dealer-Manager hereunder may be canceled at, or at any time during the Rights Offering, by the Dealer-Manager.
