Rights Trigger Date definition

Rights Trigger Date means the earliest of the following: (a) the fourth anniversary of the date first set forth above; (b) an Event of Default; (c) a Change of Control; (d) termination of the Management Agreement by the Partnership; and (e) a Removal Event.
Rights Trigger Date means the earlier of (x) the date on which the Company has invested $100,000,000 of the Members' Capital Contributions through the purchase of Properties or (y) January 2, 2001.

More Definitions of Rights Trigger Date

Rights Trigger Date means the earlier of (x) the date that Federal GP or any other Approved Federal Party is removed as the Managing General Partner for Cause pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Agreement or any other applicable term or provision of this Agreement and (y) the third (3rd) anniversary of the date of this Agreement.
Rights Trigger Date means the third (3rd) anniversary of the date of this Agreement; provided that, if Ramco GP or any Approved Ramco Party is removed as Managing General Partner for Cause pursuant to Section 8.3 of this Agreement or any other applicable term or provision of this Agreement prior to said third (3rd) anniversary, then the Rights Trigger Date for purposes of Fund GP's exercise of its rights under Section 11.1 below only shall be the date of such removal of the Managing General Partner for Cause.
