Rineon Name Change means the change of the corporate name of Rineon to Rineon Group, Inc., pursuant to the certificate of amendment to the certificate of incorporation of Rineon filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada on April 30, 2009 and prior to the of execution of this Agreement.
