Risk Adjusted Capital definition

Risk Adjusted Capital means a Dealer Member’s risk adjusted capital as calculated before the securities concentration charge (Statement B, Line 25 on Form 1) plus minimum capital (Statement B, Line 6 of Form 1).
Risk Adjusted Capital means risk adjusted capital calculated as set out in Statement B of Part 1 of the Joint Regulatory Financial Questionnaire and Report, Form 1 of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada;
Risk Adjusted Capital means the amount calculated as such in accordance with SRO Rules.

Examples of Risk Adjusted Capital in a sentence

  • Should the Deposit be insufficient to cover the receivables or deficiencies described in section 10.6, the T2IB will, upon notice from the T2CB, pay to the T2CB an amount, up to the amount of excess Risk Adjusted Capital of the T2IB as determined by the T2IB on its most recent Form 1 (the "Indemnity Amount"), required to satisfy the obligations described therein.

  • All or any part of any Loan advanced in accordance with Section 2(b) may be repaid by the Member on [one] Business Day's notice to the Lender provided that the Risk Adjusted Capital of the Member (calculated after taking into account such repayment) is greater than zero.

  • The Lender shall be entitled to rely on such certificate in accepting reduction, termination and/or repayment of the Loan Commitment or Loan unless within [xxxx] Business Days of the delivery of such certificate to the Lender, the SRO or the Member shall have advised the Lender that the calculation is not correct in which case the Loan Commitment or Loan shall not be reduced, terminated and/or repaid until a Risk Adjusted Capital calculation is approved by the SRO.

  • All or part of any Loan Commitment may be reduced or terminated, by the Member on [one] Business Day's notice to the Lender provided that the Risk Adjusted Capital of the Member (calculated after taking into account such reduction or termination) is greater than zero.

  • Should the Deposit be insufficient to cover the receivables or deficiencies described in section 10.06, the T1IB will, upon notice from the T1CB, pay to the T1CB an amount, up to the amount of excess Risk Adjusted Capital of the T1IB as determined by the T1IB on its most recent Form 1 (the "Indemnity Amount"), required to satisfy the obligations described therein.

  • As CFO, the Respondent was ultimately responsible for continuously monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s capital position to ensure that the Risk Adjusted Capital was maintained at all times, as prescribed by Association Policy 3 in order for Rampart to be in compliance with Association By-law 17.1.
