Risk Administrator definition

Risk Administrator means the City’s Risk Management Administrator, or designee, or the individual named by the City Manager to administer matters relating to insurance and risk of loss for the City.

More Definitions of Risk Administrator

Risk Administrator means the City’s Risk Management Administrator, or designee, or the individual named by the City Manager to administer matters relating to insurance and risk of loss for the City. Response means the document submitted by the Contractor in response to the Request for Proposals. The Response, as may have been amended during negotiations is hereby incorportated, by reference, into the Contract and is a part of the Contract Documents. Scope of Services or Services means a comprehensive description of the activities, tasks, design features, objectives, deliverables and milestones required for the completion of Project or an assignment with sufficient detail to allow a reasonably accurate estimation of resources necessary for its completion. Subconsultant means a person, firm or corporation having a direct contract with the Contractor or the prime Architectural Subconsultant for the purposes of the design of this Project. Subcontractor means a person, firm or corporation having a direct contract with Contractor including one who furnishes material worked to a special design according to the Contract Documents, but does not include one who merely furnishes Materials not so worked.
