Rite Aid Acquisition definition

Rite Aid Acquisition has the meaning set forth in Recital A.
Rite Aid Acquisition means the acquisition of the business and operations of up to 10 retail stores of Rite Aid Corporation by one or more wholly-owned domestic Subsidiaries of Parent pursuant to the Rite Aid Acquisition Agreement, which acquisition will constitute the initial "Closing" under and as defined in the Rite Aid Acquisition Agreement; provided that in no event shall the "Rite Aid Acquisition" include the purchase of more than 10 retail stores of Rite Aid Corporation or any "Subsequent Closing" under and as defined in the Rite Aid Acquisition Agreement.
Rite Aid Acquisition means the direct or indirect acquisition of 100% of the Equity Interests of Rite Aid by the Lead Borrower pursuant to the Rite Aid Acquisition Agreement.

  • Nothing in this M&I Firming IGA shall amend or otherwise modify any other existing written contracts between or amongst the Parties.
